One sided

You look so young
and I guess I'm old;
your eyes are vibrant
'n mine can be cold.

I rarely emote,
you often weep;
I'll sit awake
as you fall asleep.

I can be pensive,
you're normally sure,
you'll be my poison
and be the cure.

You make me angry,
I make you sad;
you argue back,
I can't stay mad.

You are my world,
I am your lover,
to me you're a keeper;
to you, I'm another.

I'm alone in our journey
but alive none-the-less,
when you're at your worst,
I still see the best.
